Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, please email eagleeyeadsuk@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To cancel, let us know at eagleeyeadsuk@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, then return the item within a further 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and you pay the return postage.

Please email eagleeyeadsuk@gmail.com before sending anything back and we'll send you the return address.
Refunds
We'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back.
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
